Sunflowers shine under the incoming thunderstorm at sunset as the Colorado Rocky Mountain lay in the distance. Captured outside of rural Longmont, Colorado…it is scenes like this I live for as a photographer! I can’t wait until later this summer when I am sure we will be back again photographing them as we have before in summers past.

:) Thanks! It is odd, speaking of the heads bowing, how they always face east and never turn west…one of the photographers I shoot with said it is probably because they are so huge, that they literally can’t turn
