Colorado’s Longs Peak shrouded in Autumn thunderstorm clouds, stands towering above the quaking Aspen below. This scene was really something to see….the atmosphere was just to die for. The way the contrast played out with the yellow and gold Aspens against that dark sky was astonishing, the light was really changing fast so I had to be fairly quick while shooting this.
