Thanks so much. This one has been “in the works” for far too long. I just couldn’t seem to make it come together, and I was sick of seeing it on my easel. I did the final touch-ups on the computer. It’s just so nice to see a fresh white canvas waiting for my brush!

Lynda Berlin
Thanks, Maureen…I’m learning to appreciate my camera more all the time, it would sure save me a lot of work!

Stunning art Lynda, I actually thought it was a photo at first, a very talented lady.

Ah yes…the reflection of a bird in the water…the little lizard will need to look up if he doesn’t want to be breakfast! Great title!!

Lovely place, beautiful painting! Heads up, little lizard creature. He’s just negotiating the jump he’s about to make to the rock across the way. ;)
Lynda Berlin
Hi rubes. Actually I think he’s about ready to run for cover…if you look closely, you’ll see a hawks reflection in the water. Glad you like my painting.

If I were the little fellow I wouldn’t jump anywhere…rather, slither under the foliage there and stay still…for a very long time. :))) Love this work!
Peace,
Sassi
Lynda Berlin
I think I’d duck, too. Thanks, Sassi.
