Old Skool - Banksy
This classic Banksy stencil used to be up on a wall along Clerkenwell Rd, London.
Unfortunately, after having been covered up for the last few weeks, it is now gone and to make matters worse, similar ‘Banksy Disappearances’ are happening all over London.
Through either being covered up with board or by removing the entire wall or (as the case was with this piece) by being completely whitewashed out. It is a real shame as it is the public who are the ones that miss out.
Old Skool - Banksy belongs to the following groups:
StreetArt and The Urban Environment Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

word, Kiwi! I want to know where this exists as well… It would be cool if you can get yourself in there and morph yourself as one of the old skool crew. [ha!] This is sweet.

You can’t actually get to the wall as there’s a barrier right in front of it, although I think the motorbike shop has access to the keys for the locks.
If you walk east on Clerkenwell Road, after you pass Hatton Garden you’ll see the an empty lot between a bunch of shops and the motorbike shop. The banksy work is on the motorbike shop wall, although I don’t know how long it will stay since they have recently painted the opposite wall white.
Here’s a googlemap that might help: link

I have been here. You may need to do some James Bond moves though.

yes I have seen an article on this artwork, it’s too bad it will be lost. Nice to have at least captured it and at least saved the work to some degree. Very nice.

thanks for your now historic shot, some people have no appreciation of wonderful public art work.
