So all I was doing was asking, as long as the comment made falls within RB guidlines shouldn’t the person have the freedom to post it here. That was all.

You know something Kitty. . . . The 1st Amendment applies to government action, not the action of individuals. If you don’t like someone’s comment on YOUR work or your journals, delete their comment. Again, NO ONE has a right to post jack shit on your pages if you don’t like it. You do not have to allow anyone the freedom of speech on your pages.

No Levi, no one has a right to free speech on a private website. While RB may allow us certain privileges to express ourselves, they can at any time removed journals, shut down forum discussions, remove writings or completely dis- allow these methods of expression any time they choose.
The First Amendment does NOT apply to individuals or private companies.
