Kitty Herb is a creation between two best friends who have known eachother since 1981.
We both have the same passion for Art, but life gets in the way and you lose touch with people. So my self and Heidi started making time and comming up with some idea’s for our work.
Heidi loves to paint and I love photographing flowers. She has an amazing knowledge of flowers and plants and she’s very close to nature. We both appreciate the natural beauty of our surroundings and we capture that in our work.
Our first idea was to paste the photo’s on the canvas to create a collage effect, but we was’nt convinced! I then photographed Heidi’s work and pasted the images digitally. It snowballed from there and the possibilities are endless.
It would be wonderfull if people out there like what we’ve done. Either way, we love our Sunday sessions absorbing eachothers creative energy, having fun, putting the world to right, tea and cakes and best of all….doing Art together!
