I’ve always enjoyed being creative in one form or an other dabbling in textiles, craft, sculpture, drawing and painting.

My main struggle with my art is due to a perfectionist streak which tends to suck any inspiration out of me. So I’ve challenged myself to try drawing and painting paying more attention to form and balance, colour and tone and forget this concept of perfection. This of course is not a new concept but it was a major challenge for me. It’s a nice feeling not to dislike everything I create :)

I am always aiming to improve and develop and really appreciate constructive criticism and feedback on my work.
