Dangars Lagoon, Northern Tablelands, NSW, Australia – photographed 24/10/2010.

Amazing what a bit of rain (well a lot actually, seems to have been raining for months now) will do.
The Lagoon is once again full to the brim :D

Love these images from Dangars Lagoon. Even Racecourse lagoon seems to have a bit of water in it at the moment.

  • Hi Alex, yes, it’s amazing, and the one near the old little cottage on the railway line near the highway, I had no idea that even existed until recently,I’ve never seen water there before.
Dangars is one of my favourite places to visit… I’m lazy :D

We are so happy that water has come to your part of the world. Thank you for sharing both of these shots.

  • Hi Lucinda, I think it would be safe to say that we’ve probably had enough, well up here on the Tablelands anyway, I’ve never seen so much water around, it is wonderful, thanks for the kind comment :D

A tough composition to balance and it sits on the edge so delicately.

  • Thanks so much Gary, I was pleased I managed to get it straight, was very glarey and hard to see, I need to buy a polarizer filter.
