Oh how terrible……… so sad to see it looking this way.
I was quite shocked Rosemary, hopefull we’ll get some rain soon.
Yes. This is what so much of it looks like. Wonderfully expressive image with so much emphasis on the dry and cracked empty lake in the foreground… and soon that one tree in the distance that still has leaves may be dead too…
Thanks DragonFlyer and yes, with the cold setting in there wont be anything left.
Wonderful work, Kitsumma. So sad.
It is very sad Colleen but I know it will flourish again oneday. Thank you.
gorgeous :) what an incredible composition! :D
Thanks dim, the light was getting too low but it was overcast and glary at the same time, bit tricky.
Wow, great shot, so sad for the lack of moisture – hope you get some rain soon.
It must be getting closer Judi, we’ll need lots of it. Thank you.
Much appreciated Kaiju, thank you.
great choice of perspective.
Thanks Nat, I wanted to show the cracks but also the expanse.
“the light was getting too low but it was overcast and glary at the same time” works perfectly for this shot :) turned out great!
Thanks so much for that, you’re too kind.
Sad for the dry, we so need rain.. This is a powerful image Sylvia I do love the POV with the horizon so high.. just awesome..
Hi Marcus, thanks so much. Yes, it is sad, I didn’t quite believe it when I saw it. Still no sign of rain up here!
Oh, wonderful, wonderful. The pov supreme here.
