lovely sky and movement in the moon! ;-) xox

  • Kitsmumma replied

Thanks aglaia, the movement was from the slow shutter, my unsteady hands and not using a tripod!

god dang it girrl are you in my brain robbing me of my ideas? i was gonna try this!! -this week! yeah yeah gonna, wanna, coulda, shoulda lol …oh and very nice image too:)

  • Kitsmumma replied

hehe Jules, was a spur of the moment thing…...... spotted the moon, raced for camera (no tripod!) took a few shots, only had minutes before it was too dark to focus. I took this about an hour before I uploaded it. You must give it a go, I would love to see the moon from the top end!

    Magical!

  • Kitsmumma replied

Thank you Rebecca, there is something magical, mystical, mysterious about this. I was pretty happy with the result, couldn’t actually see very much when I was taking it and had a lot of trouble focusing but I think it adds to the feel of the shot.

evocative, bring Bram Stoker’s Dracula to mind

  • Kitsmumma replied

Thanks Steve and yes, I could imagine some bats flying through this shot.

Thanks so much Anne and also for taking the time to have a look at them. I think the b&w’s are my favourites also.

I like it…reminds me of the movie E.T for some reason…..

  • Kitsmumma replied

hehe, thanks Dee, I totally get that. I should have a go at drawing him on there, peddling toward the moon.

don’t want to sound weird but like Jules said…....I saw the moon behind some clouds last night, classic ‘silver-lining’ thing happening and thought, that would be a great ttv!

Still, there’s them that thinks and them that does! Brilliant!
