One of the benefits of living in the country I guess Robert. We have lots of huge trees some actually getting too big too close to the house and lovely herbs and veges in summer – which by the way I can’t wait for! We also have a very old variety of grape (no good for wine) but excellent for for making dolmades – I make them every November from the beautiful soft young vine leaves.
