Ok well this was actually based on a sketch i did last summer when i was away in spain for two weeks.
I found it out about a month ago and decided to finally develop it a bit further and turn it into full picture.
Well the whole idea is people trying to live in a dream world, trying to pretend either that theyre something theyre not or just trying to get away from it all and avoiding reality… its saying wake up, and face what is actually real.
Some poeple try to push themselves far away from reality as possible because they just don’t want to face it, its all too much for them.
Instead of trying to make something of themselves they just let everyone else do everything for them, become dependent on other people.
The actual picture i wanted to look very surreal to stress the whole idea of this dream world that some people live in. Her eyes are bleeding to show how she is blind from the truth.

i love all your drawing. you have to take time to notice every detail.
Your work is absolutely unreal, I just love it! I was reading through your other comments and noticed that someone had asked you if she could use your design for a tattoo- you don’t happen to do requests by any chance? I’ve searched high and low for a design and style that suits what I want and your work is the closest and most inspirational I’ve found so far :)
Got a sort of Victorian-era feel. Not easily achieved with two missing hands.
