I started out shooting film around 7 years ago with a Konica Minolta SLR. When I started thinking about moving over to digital, I began with getting a Tamron lens which worked for both film and digital (Tamron XR Di 28-300 mm Macro) and then picked up a Konica Minolta Maxxum 5 D digital. Soon thereafter, Minolta got out of the camera business!
(I have, as of April 2011, become the happy owner of a Sony alpha 580 … much to learn and explore …)
I have an ongoing appreciation for Red Bubble as it continues to be an instructive and inspirational source for photography. I tend to be active on the site in spurts – and miss it when I’m away!
Special thanks to those who share their hard earned knowledge of tricks of the trade!!!
