2000 views!

Wow. The first 1000 viewings of my stuff took 76 days. That milestone was passed on 26 May.

Just 26 days later, we’re at 2000. That’s around 28 a day over the last month; the frequency of visits has doubled.

Thank you all RedBubblers: good to see you, loving the community.

How are your sales? I’ve had 730 views since joining (~26 days) but only one sale!

I’ve had around a dozen sales. Not exactly a living! But then, I never imagined it would be. To sell, you gotta advertise, get your stuff out there, and I haven’t ever gone beyond RB’s own network …

Yeah, I want to get my stuff on Facebook. Everybody says that’s the way to go to get maximum exposure via minimum effort. Just a little hesitant to use my wife’s profile to exhibit my sometimes provacative work (atheism).

Kudos on your physical science chops. The only physics I’ve explored are in the pages of “A Brief History of Time”.

Hey, if you’ve navigated “A Brief History of Time”, you’re doing well.
Why don’t you get your own facebook profile?
Also, I have my designs on “zazzle.com”, which tends to sell twice as many as redbubble. Takes a bit of getting used to … and you’re competing with gazillions of others …

Your right about Facebook of course. It’s just I haven’t had any interest in Facebook before and I don’t know if I could allocate the extra attention that may be required of Facebook networking.

    I’ll check out zazzle.com. Thanks.

Zazzle looks great! Lots of products and you can print on the back of shirts! Opens up a whole new dimension in design.

I like RB for the elegance and quality of the designs, the community and the general care they take in making it all look good. The Zazzles of the world focus on “more! more! more!” (did you notice they have something like 22 BILLION “products” for sale?). Still, much larger market.

I only quickly checked out what I could do with zazzle. I’ll thoroughly explore it tomorrow when I have more time.
