Welcome to “Brigadoon”, landscape art, in a variety of media, of the Arcadia Valley area in Ironton, Missouri, home to both the state’s highest point, Taum Sauk Lookout of the Ozark Mountains, and one of the nation’s oldest antebellum courthouses still in use, Iron County Courthouse.

The art, in watercolor to ink to pencil to ordinary crayon and some photography (“Red Church Door …”, for instance), is available in a variety of framed and unframed print and canvas options and, as greeting cards and in calendars. “Brigadoon” is an idea ~~- with some exceptions, as in the Mission San Luis Obispo piece from California -~~ implying any possible similarities of this Arcadia Valley area and, in some ways, its history, with that of the highlands of Scotland and the Hollywood fictional film and story by that name.
