This unique experimental artwork, with its image of a fish, hints of moving water and waves, and the mysterious multiple convolutions, all together make for a very unusual composition. The art has a likeness to a three dimensional fossil – but a fossil unlike anything found in nature. Still, its carved relief appears to be a snapshot of a an era gone by, and it leaves plenty of room for the imagination. Hence the title, Sands of Time.
The brown, tan and gold sandy coloration, with hints of blue and cream, makes for an interesting color combination that should work well in a variety of settings.
