I have read a few sites where you give your art away under the pretext of it being for selling your work. These terms need more work as far as I can see as they could use your work anywhere in the name of selling it.

Plus as it says these terms maybe changed at any time so check back periodically.

I understand that this is a site only for showing your work. I think whatever way your work is exhibited online you take a risk. I really do not care if someone copies my work/who would want too /isn’t creativity about being one step ahead anyway. I prefer to take the risk as cannot believe how effective their setup is. Since my work has been shown there have been approached for private sales . Only 2 of each creative piece are sold to the public and they are signed/back of image. Maybe it is also. about…....how quickly do you want the world to know about what you do/your style. You do have a choice….........hide it of show it…........

If you wish to show your work thats fine, but read the terms, a large company such as IBM etc could use your as they wish and not pay you a penny.
I like my work being out there but as a Stock Image seller too, I don’t want to ruin the market for other Professional Stock image sellers.
There are Model rights to pay plus any images of brands must be paid to the owners also.
    This includes any product:
    Car
    Coke
    Pepsi
    Bike
    the list is endless!
Copyright law is becoming tougher and tougher!
Thanks for reading and responding to the comment.

what do I say to you
    my issue is different
    i create through a need
without creating I do not exist
i do not care if it sells
when I 1st went to japan i started this to share my experiences with family and friends and zapped them into space /what happens after the creative moment is not important to me.

I care not/I do care about you/guess I am like the alcoholic/my need is greater than anything else.
I create and really do not care what happens to it after .Strange /they were never really my images in the 1st place….....they are people/places…..my lucky moments…......I just happened to stumble across a way of sharing them .

    ha ha

    love your comments!

But being serious for a moment I am pleased you presented this issue to make me think.
I guess when I 1st started zapping photos/images around the world i realised the power of internet and even talked to a friend about this amazing technology. Why have an exhibtion it you can have your work seen by hundreds in a few days. I think this is all a game. We are all players. Who can get their work out there/mark it with their style so that when others see it .they say…...I know who this creation belongs too. So guess it is the same as walking into a gallery in town/same thoughts pass through your head. What is in my head belongs to me/what I have created already /as I said is unimportant. This is a challenge for me/a powerful tool in my hand/it is the same for all of us/how we use it is up to us.I think it is about networking.
I have made up my own rules as I have gone along. But guess always in my mind was the fact that if if you are unknown …who cares or buys your work.
PECULI and I will have a very good relationship. My knowledge of computers is limited and their site very user friendly. To have my work seen by thousands so quickly is a dream. To have REDBUBBLE prepare/frame and sell work…................this is an artist’s dream…...........forget the bullshit and just sit here and create…how good is this!

sorry I seem to be having a debate with myself

    please don’t get me wrong…......

there is a very important place for a formal Exhibition. It is a time to consolidate /re -appraise your direction/come out of yourself /to take advice/ take both criticism /accolades as your work will not appeal to all.

    Quite true!
And yes a mass debate is much better!
