my grandaughter kate and her fish bubbles

I used old wood given to me by a builder friend of mine
acrylic paints permanent marker some lace and buttons on her dress which I picked up on my travels to the opshops around here glitter in the clouds and varnish.
the wood has a wide blue ribbon attached from which it hangs
