Lulu is a passionate environmentalist who lives and works in the Kimberley in North-west Western Australia.
I love the wild landscapes, amazing biodiversity and rich culture of the region and feel privledged to witness and experience such remoteness and beauty.
The Kimberley is under constant threat from those who see the rich mineral, oil, gas and water resources as exploitable – despite the long term environmental and socio-cultural costs to the people, the place and ultimatley the planet.
I hope that by sharing my photographic experience of the region more people can realise how important it is that the Kimberley is protected for now and forever.
