Why

Why are we judged by what we wear

Why are we judged by what we dont say

Why are we judged by being quiet

Why are we judged by being expressive

Why are we judged by not expessing

Why are we judged by our experiences

Why are we judged by not conforming

Why are we judged by what we earn

Why are we judged by how we live

Why are we judged by how we speak

Why are we judged by others

Do we not judge ourselves enough as it is!

Oh Kimberley this is good..but remember that anyone who judges is ignorant of the facts …..accepting people for what they are is a good thing and it sets you (‘one’) free.
    Good piece of writing….;-)

Interesting and something we all come to terms with at one time or another. To me, being judged is a choice you make. It took me a lot of years to figure this out, but when we accept others opionions of who we are and what we should do, or be, or look like then it’s ourselves that relinquishes that power. Once you accept yourself and who you are and become comfortable with your choices, then no one’s opionion can define you. Someone once told me something when I was young that I want to pass on. Think about this, as you go thru the day how many times do you think about others you meet in terms of their looks or clothes. or if they talk or are shy. For me the answer was, I didn’t think much about any of them. The this realization came. If I’m not thinking about the majority of people I meet, then very few of them are probably thinking about me.. It’s an imensely freeing thought. These days people can think what they want, it rarely effects my own perspective of who I am..
