In Westernport Bay an incoming tide gently laps over the sand ripples ond magroves. The sky is painted pink as the sun sets on what is the leftover anvil cirrus from afternoon thunderstorms.
This delicate marine environment may also feel the effects of the Victorian State governments proposed Desalination plant (aka – Pollution Factory) Which they are intending to build on the Adjoing pristine Bass coast at the headwaters to Westernport Bay.
