nature's private spa pool...Nth Qld

Camping a couple of nights at this beautiful spot was almost surreal…surrounded by tropical rainforest and the calcium rich waters from flowing through limestone country made it look even more idyllic – seclusion,isolation..add some fantastic company and a natural heaven is there..

as always – thanks for viewing and yes these are/were the actual colours of the original transperancy.

Amazing water colour.

I’m intrigued as to where it is, I guess you are not giving away secrets… but North Qld is a big place, can you at least give away the nearest town maybe?

What a spectacular place. Blue waters like this aren’t too common, I’ve only ever seen similar at Jenolan Caves, west of Sydney.

This is so delicious…the way you have photographed it, it seems almost other -worldly. How fortunate to be able to camp and by the look of the pool, you can swim there too..Heaven!

just to add as I have just uploaded a larger file now….
And yes you can swim there Clare…but I wouldn’t recomend it during/afgter the wet (raging torrents/crocs…that sort of thing) :)
