A bit different from my more nature and environment based subject that I normally upload…But this is yet another composition that I had wanted to capture for a long time but couldn’t think of a good way to do it. The run of foggy mornings in the last week made me curious to explore it in these conditions.I like the result, I feel it has a smooth yet coldness emotion…

nice geometry Tony. and speaking of those currents – last year a lecturer of mine at uni, and his associated company AMOG, were trying to implement a prototype tidal power plant at this exact location. it was turned down based on the local non-acceptance. thought you may be interested if you hadn’t already heard about it.

Thanks everyone for your viewing and comments!
Cain – yep I recall that ‘thing’ in the channel..A much larger and very differnet type of prototype has just finished construction in the same location – It looks wonderful….

    Hey Tone,
Striking composition, richness of tonal depth…
The fog certainly intensifies this most atmospheric piece…
    As always, magnificent work..
