Rockwell Moving by Khaiam D.

Small (21.9" x 16.4")

This was done for a contest about unity and tolerance or something.

I wanted to pay homage to Nornam Rockwell master of narative storytelling in one picture. He’s work definately inpires me. I wish his work promoting civil rights was given more credit than his coca-cola commercials.

His original work depicts three white children asking two black children who’ve just moved into the neighbourhood if they’ed like to join them for a game of baseball. New civil rights strugle for tolerance revolves around Muslims and Arabs working to find acceptence in a post terrorism world.
