the highlight of our morning ‘religious’ service at school was getting picked to turn the page of the over-head projecting transparacy with the lyrics, because then you could get away without singing.

the teacher could only play three songs on the fucking piano, and two of them were ‘i will make you fishers of men’. the other, incidently, was ‘blowing in the wind’ by bob dylan. used to get that about once a week.

Yea, school music sessions, the equivalent of a B-grade horror movie! We had to sing Onward Christian Soldiers and stand to attention, of course there was the bloody fishers of men thing too… and worse “I am sailing” by Rod Stewart LOL!
