I’m sure you will find other varieties in time. I saw my first in July 2007, since when I have seen about two dozen differently patterned ones. Differences not usually seen by the naked eye, but obvious on a computer screen. They seem to be attracted, possibly by their reflection in the lens and often jump on to my camera … or me …
Actually funny you say that, I managed to find four different species today all with in two square metres… very lucky but i was attacked by leeches and flies… ha ha
