Melbourne’s laneways are always full of photographic opportunities.
Initially I just liked the composition of two blue motorbikes parked between the bollards, but as I was setting up the shot, two kids emerged from an alley and a van pulled into the cobble stoned lane – balancing out the foreground with activity of day to day city life.
