Great images are everywhere you go – just waiting for someone to notice and capture them.

I like that the environment is always changing. I’ve been back to favourite locations many times, noticing that each time something is a little different. The light has changed, there are leaves on the ground, someone’s parked their car in the way, the river has run dry – life has moved on.

My images are about taking inspiration from the surroundings, enjoying what’s going on and using a camera to reproduce (or distort) what I see. I don’t focus on one particular genre of photography because there’s simply too much out there going on. I focus on stories, details, faces, features and the memories images can provoke. This goes some way to explaining why I have a diverse portfolio.

For me, images are stories told 1000 words at a time. Enjoy looking through the stories in my portfolio.
