Hey guys, I just got back from the north pole where I was visiting Santa Claus and his wonderful community of elves.
Really Kev? In June?
Yes, this is a really important time at North Pole Head Quarters (NPHQ). It’s time to dust off the toy making machines and plan new toys.
NPHQ has been nearly deserted for the past six months. All the elves fly to Hawaii for the beginning of the year where they own a very successful surf board manufacturing business.
The elves were very pleased to see me, I still have the image of their smiling tanned little faces beaming up at me.
They have one million tons of raw plastic in every colour possible and a few colours that never existed before. It’s all ready to be fed into the machines and turned into GI Joes, Barbies, Buzz Lightyears and you name it, at some point it will emerge from those machines.
I was only there for a couple of hours. I had a cup of tea with Santa and he is very positive about this years Christmas, it’s going to be the best ever, lots of good surprises in store. And there are more elves in the factories than ever before since Jon and Margaret’s boys turned sixteen and they’re very talented toy painters.
Santa said ’I’m very pleased to say that this year I’m going to work especially hard to deliver presents to all the people of the world that have suffered awful tragedy in recent years because Christmas can never be taken away’
