Artist's Description

water colour, colour pencil and biro on rag paper

A Greek myth – the King of the Gods, Zeus, the lightning lord, desires yet another beautiful woman. He turns himself into a swan to improve his chances with her.

Leda was the mother of the twins Castor & Pollux (Gemini), and some sources say that she was also the mother of Helen, for whom Troy was destroyed.
