I am a social worker by trade and an amateur photographer by accident. I started photography begrudgingly as a request by a college advisor who was concerned about my narrow focus on becoming a therapist. He wanted me to explore my horizons. So I took a photography class and have only recently accepted that I may have an artistic talent or creativity that others might enjoy!

wow i haven't posted in...forever...
I really don’t feel like I’ve taken any photos of any consequence in quite some time: perhaps because I dropped and damaged my camera. The photos now have fog spots from the cracks on the lens and the focus only works when it wants to. / I go thru spurts of not shooting anything for ages and then shooting like a mad woman…I had a few photos, but lost them in a computer crash…
