Lilydale Rats 14 and Under, Grand Final, Dec 2006
This is our winning inline hockey team from the end of the 2006 season. The grand final was played at the new Dandenong rink. You can see the large Team trophy in front and our goalie is also holding his own Goalie award. The team’s game coach is Tim Foulds-Smith (in the black T-shirt), who is also the captain of the Senior A grade team.
About half of the team also represent Victoria at national competitions, while the other half are up-and-coming players who are a good chance to represent us in the near future.

Thanks markd! This junior team is probably one of our best, probably because it has a handful of individual superstar players!
I don’t play ice hockey but I know that a few of these guys do-
-one game of hockey per week is just not enough :)kenmo, about 1 year ago
Awesome shot… I played ice hockey until 3 years ago, when I turned 50 I thought it was time to hang up the blades… I marvel at Chris Chelios still playing in the NHL…
