I see some sadness and evil in this. Is she fleeing from some bad deed, or perhaps she has become a ghost on this earth. Great painting and it tells a story.

that atmosphere is indeed sinister! Shows indeed the atmospere you discribed! Although in my mind it looked much more sinister! :-)))))) This girl has freaky eyes! :-))))))))))))

If it weren’t for the blood, this would feel almost serene… it still does, but the red rivulets suggest something more, something sinister.
