You know what I love about this painting? I love that they’re wrapped in blue, that the blocks of colour are centered. My first thought that these two are cuddled together almost in a womb type protection but instead of being protected by the mother’s womb they’re protected by their love for one another. I really like this painting. It is calming and very pleasing to the eye.
