Deadwood ~ Papamoa Electric Dusk Triptych by

Shot on Papamoa Beach, sun setting to the left in the west and moonrise from the east, a stunning sky like electric shock waves.

Shot on a Nikon D700 with Nikkor 17-35mm lens.
Cokinn ND8 and 2 grads + warming filter.
Processed in CS3 and photomatix.

Hi, Kia Ora from New Zealand, i have recently moved to Papamoa in the Bay of Plenty. I have spent the last thirty years taking photos, I love capturing images, especially ones that only I saw, only I was silly enough to get up at that time to catch the sunrise, photography is a wonderful thing, capture an image and you preserve the moment forever, miss it, and its lost forever.

Hope that you enjoy these images.
