Kirikiri Bay by

Taken at Cape Palliser Lighthouse at 6.33am. sadly the angle of the sun lost the redness in the sky by the time I got close to the waters edge.

Shot on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm Nikkor Lens, Cokin ND8 grad, tripod and sand bags. Active D-Lighting on Norm, ISO 100

About Ken Wright

Hi, Kia Ora from New Zealand, i have recently moved to Papamoa in the Bay of Plenty. I have spent the last thirty years taking photos, I love capturing images, especially ones that only I saw, only I was silly enough to get up at that time to catch the sunrise, photography is a wonderful thing, capture an image and you preserve the moment forever, miss it, and its lost forever.

Hope that you enjoy these images.
