597views to date. Shot at Makara Beach, west coast of lower North Island, New Zealand, I’d given up on this location and was walking back to the car, I’d been shooting past the point towards sunset, light conditions were harsh, not much water movement and no clouds, not my cup of tea at all.
Looking back towards the point I noticed a series of stones that led towards the point, this was too good to be true, so here it is, made the journey worth while.
Shot on a Nikon D700 with 17-35mm lens, with Cokin ND8 grad filter.
