I have loved nature and wildlife for as long as I can remember. I took my first wildlife photos at age 14 when I discovered an active golden eagle nest in a canyon near my home in Utah.I started a research project on nesting golden eagles in 1977. I aquired state and federal permits to work with eagles. I keep track of productivity and have banded almost 2,000 nestlings.Besides eagles I love photographing all kinds of wildlife but lately I have been concentrating on mountain goats and wild horses. All of my photos of wildlife were taken in the wild. Thanks for viewing my images and I hope you enjoy them.

In the words of author Henry Beston, “We need another and a wiser and perhaps a more mystical concept of animals…For the animal shall not be measured by man…They are not brethren, they are not underlings; they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the earth”.
