12″×16″ Watercolor on 300# Arches. I finally got around to painting probably my second favorite building in Waxahachie. It’s the old Masonic Temple (built in 1889), which is currently the Ellis County Museum. This beautiful building stands adjacent to the Ellis County Courthouse and compliments it well. Painted en plein air on the courthouse lawn.
