Lovely view of these ruins. My imagination is in overdrive thinking of all the possible history and stories about the place. It’s gorgeous the way the ruins glow in the warm golden light and that sky is edible. I think I see a bird…but I also think I see the shape of a figure in the arch way!! Eerie…but in a cosy way, if that makes sense. Very lovely Ken.
the music that helped my imagination here is a rare piece by Miklos Roska. His Concerto for Violin, opus 24. It was used in a film by Billy Wilder called The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes and was the love theme called Gabrielle. Thanks zoe.
Magical!! – I can see both the bird and the person but what intriques me most is the closed gateway just by the side of the wall to the front of the image – great image.
I’m glad you think it magical. That was my intention. Its nice to see I’ve achieved that.
I listened to your tune and I can see exactly how it works for this image :o) Loved the background strings…got to love a cello. Especially if it’s playing Kol Nidrei!
Let the light shine of me……..Another magical mystery tour Ken, you are so good at these….. love the falcon and that golden light is awesome. do the gates lead into a dungeon? You must stand there in awe at all this beauty Ken, and we are lucky to have you share it with us. A very beautiful image :o)x
I think the gates might have led to a dungeon. Thats what I like to think anyway.
