Fabulous shot! Love the composition of this and the marbling effect of the clouds Ken. The guy in the foreground really adds extra interest and perspective. Is that Michael’s Rock on the horizon? I can see the moon :o)
Its not the Skellig Zoe. It is actually one of the Blaskett Isles which are just up the coast from skellig Michael at the end of the dingle peninsular. That is the top most of the three finger like peninsulars on the west Irish coast.
Fantastic Ken, well done!
Many thanks Kelvin
Wow Ken – just a truly compelling image – that light is just sublime and the entire composition is perfect. Just fabulous!
This is around where David Lean’s Ryans daughter was filmed Lianne. More to come from here. Thank you.
Much appreciated Miron.
Outstanding! Such an overwhelming sense of man’s littleness in the grand scheme of things! Powerful and dramatic! An amazing composition!
That is exactly what I tried for following all the rules of composition I could think of Joanne. Thank you so much.
Oops! I may possibly stand corrected… I meant to say that the woman in the foreground really adds extra interest and perspective. ;o) ;o) It’s these damn glasses!
Hmmm, sometimes you worry me Zoe. I blame your teachers.
WOWOW!!! BRILLIANT image….Loooooove it!!
Many thanks Jean.
Oh my!!!!! this is another one of those “speechless” photo’s Ken, that sky with its moon is amazingly beautiful and your lighting is fantastic, and I love the colours….. Gorgeous Ken …..
Sincere thanks my dear friend.
