Well – we’ve been back for a little over a week and I’ve been so sick with a nasty cold/flu that I’ve hardly had time to process many photos at all!
Thailand was absolutely mind-blowing and amazingly photogenic. We saw some of the best sunsets we could even imagine.

Enough is enough..
For 2 years I have been umming and ahhing about going overseas for a holiday. My last venture was in 2003 when I eloped and got married in Fiji!
So I am going to bite the bullet and postpone the purchase of a Canon 40D (the 20D is still giving me shots I am happy with!) and Andrew and I are heading to Thailand for 10 days in October (the end of their wet season).

Spare a thought for the folk of Marble Bar in Western Australia. With days forecasting between 45 and 48° .. imagine how they would feel!
Check out their minimum temps .. and here in Hobart people complain if it’s 19 at night :)

I thought I’d share this with others who are interested in photography that incorporates cloud formations.
For Christmas, my wonderful husband purchased me a copy of this book which I have already found brilliant. I keep it on me at all times (in my handbag, how nuts!?).
