Beyond the Fields by

In memory of a wonderful RedBubble mate Nurgen (aka CheekyGrin77).

25/6/77 – 20/11/09

Although we never met, Nurgen helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my own life as I battled with depression. Always ready with a cheeky smile or comment, Nurg became a most wonderful online friend to me through RedBubble. I will never forget her incredible and spirited support of my photography and her constant encouragement for my very own journey out of the darkness.

My thoughts are with Will (Nurg’s partner – another talented photographer on the Bubble) and her son Pete (who also has a keen eye for photography) during this difficult time.

Nurg loved capturing images of the blue sky, white fluffy clouds and colourful flowers. This image (which I captured this week) is dedicated to the memory of a very special soul.

Rest in peace, my friend.

A beautiful capture Keiran (as always), Nurgen would have absolutely loved it.

The world truly is a poorer place for her passing. She was a gentle and giving spirit who touched many lives.

    Thank you Keiran. Will. :)
