It has been a week of wild weather here on the Gold Coast. The coastline has been hammered by some spectacularly large seas, strong winds and heavy rain.

Dark and stormy Keiran! And check out the spray on those waves in the background! What time of the day was this taken? Was there still a beach there?! :))
This was taken just before sunset this afternoon from the end of the seawall at Tallebudgera Creek. There was definitely no beach left!
Wonderful. All I am missing is the scent of sea and air… Love that red cloud in the sky.
Oh, the air was thick with the scent of salt and a strong earthy aftertaste of fresh water and sand from the flooded rivers and eroded beaches. I too loved that red cloud in the sky. Cheers Lilith :-)
Great capture Keiran, love the colour in the sky, looks bloody cold though mate lol
G’day mate! Thank-you. Nah, it wasn’t too cold, although that wind was certainly gusting at times and the damp air was filled with seaspray. Hope all is well in the west :-)
How amazing stunning. You are such a gifted artist with the camera. Keep up the encouraging work. This is sweet, dramatic, emotional and passionate! Love it…
