Hear the black dog howl... deep within the forest of darkness.
I am constantly shocked and amazed by the debilitating effects of my own depression and anxiety. But thankful for my new-found strength and determination to battle against the ‘black dog’ and to find peace within. I will not let the ‘black dog’ of depression beat me.
I am strong. I am ready. I am wanting to find the way forward.

A fantastic message Keiran… I think many artistic souls have to battle with the ‘black dog’ and it is always hard to direct energy in a positive way.
I will send you positive energy ans think of you. I see you as a string soul and I know that you will not let him win…
There are days full of sunshine without the shadow if we look for them… we just have to let go of that shadow in our mind that affects our ability to step out into the unknown…
Good luck my friend.. I know you can do it…

Wonderful expressive image. Glad you can take it to the level you do, and do such wonderful pieces of art with it. Depression is a battle that’s for sure. Stay strong and take the dips like a fresh, mouthwatering strawberry. Quickly in… and out… then let the chocolate drip dry. Yummy! Cheers mate!
