This is a wonderful self-portrait shot.

I can’t help but giggle at all the women’s reactions to your masculine good looks. Not that you are not obviously an extremely gorgeous fella…but that on the entry next to your image it is dated Aug. 2005. Please, don’t tell me that a few “decades” have passed in three years. I already feel the aging process enough in my poor corruptible flesh. I’d hate to think that I’m aging 10 years to every 1. Not much has changed in your images, just a little more gray in the beard. Which is, in my opinion, sexy. Don’t change it….

  • Keiran Lusk replied

Ahem, thanks. You can’t help but giggle? I have been chuckling nervously all week at the reactions to this little portrait! Thanks for your lovely comments Sarai.

You most welcomed…I am glad that there ARE modest males in the world. I’ve met a lot of arrogant men who presume they are NOT arrogant, only SELF-ASSURED. Self-assured men wear their self-assurance with a touch of modesty…that is when you can distinguish a good-man from a selfish man. I appreciate the “giggle”, I love to laugh. There is SOOOO…. much in this world to cause one to cry…Thanks….

PS. But, you are awfully cute…..

I agree with Sarai on this one… all of it and more~
I believe the eyes are a gateway to our soul. The simplicity of this photo is striking and quite modest. I like it. Your eyes and expressions they convey a quiet, private story even though you may live your life like an open book, wild and free like a sparrow. In regards to your title… Lost has a period after it. So does In Focus. That creates two separate points not just one as it would in “lost in focus”... which tells me a lot more about you. Now before I completely dissect this simply beautiful self portrait, I’ll just leave you with one more word. “Momentous” :)

  • Keiran Lusk replied

.... (blushing).... Thank-you Janette. I am humbled by your beautiful words. Sigh... Thanks, for your thoughtful and intriguing dissection of this piece. Goodness, I am lost for words. Really. I shall leave it at this for now. Thanks for stopping by and discovering my world :-)
