Khepera In Love
Khepera the scarab-headed Egyptian god. Khepera, one of the earliest ancient Egyptian deities, was said to have given birth to many of the other Egyptian gods and goddesses himself by copulating with his own shadow!
Original was done in watercolor and gouache media on Arches cold-press 180lb. paper, 2007.
