Thanks Sally, I did quite a bit of post processing of colours in this shot, but turned out well! Hope it looks just as good on canvas + on my wall!

Haha nah not really. I just find them in newspapers and just send them in! :) I’m sure Melbourne newspapers have alot of comps too!

I don’t know about the cupcakes comment! I’m sure they get quite a few entries…maybe! ;)

Have you been in touch with the printers yet? They’re very flexible and allow you to get any of your photos on canvas…doesn’t have to be the one you won with.
Not sure about the $500 prize though…on their website the same size on canvas is about half that price!

Anyway, congrats again Keegan and let me know how yours looks in the paper this weekend…I never got to see mine as I had returned back to Cairns before the Sunday.

OMG are you kidding? they’re publishing it??? no way!

Haha I’m not sure how many entries they get, but I’d like to think they don’t give it out like “cupcakes” per se. I can’t wait to see yours in the paper. It’s gonna be in my cut out and placed in my portfolio file. =) I hope yours turns out awesome too. tbh 50×70 is quite big. Just nice for my empty white room wall.

Haha yes actually, theres this empty white wall in my room which needs filling. It looks beautiful on 50×70cm…I’d highly recommend anyone to print one of their works of this size it’s magnificient!
