Carnival night in Dawlish.
This young man was playing with a small LED, and I liked the effect.

With an ISO of 3200, and white balance set to Tungsten, hand held at 1/8 and f5.6, I was quite pleased with how this turned out.

Apart from a small crop and sharpened, nothing else has been done to this.

Surprising what effect you can get with some very cheap lighting, a steady hand, and some imagination.
Real Budget Photography !!!

Hope you like it.
