FIRSTS!!!!!!!!!!

On Wednesday, I woke up to face the day and my new job at 5:15 am. Not being a morning person, this is when I am usually sleeping my best instead of getting dressed and ready to go. As I am dragging myself thru the house, David (my love) tells me to come and look at my e mail. I did and there I found an email from RB with a SALES NOTIFICATION!!!!! Someone bought 2 cards with my photos on them!!!!!!!!!!!! (Blue Umbrellas and Heron Sunset) My Day Got So Much Better!!!!
If the buyer of my cards reads this, I cannot begin to tell you how much that sale meant to me!!! I get very discouraged sometimes and wonder if my work is really as good as my friends tell me. Confidence has never been a strong point for me but Photography is such a part of who I am that I cannot imagine life without my camera.
My FIRST journal entry and My FIRST sale!!!!!! Not a bad way to start the New Year!!! Thank You to all of my friends and supporters at RB, such a wonderful and talented group of people!!!!
